$70 per workstation. Come by yourself or bring up to 2 friends (no more than 3 people at a workstation). Must sign up by September 17th. A light lunch is included.

Come and get some hands-on experience with pressure canning. We will be canning vegetables but you can take the skills you learn and apply them to meat, stocks and soups. Pressure canning is not as scary as it seems. Each workstation will can a different vegatable and share with the other groups. Each will group will take home at least 6 jars.
